CLASS B AUTOCLAVE is one of the most advanced steam-pressure sterilizers. They can sterilize practically every type of material, especially long, thin lumens, such as catheters, needles, endoscopes, specula, dental tips, files, scissors, etc. The functions offered by Class B are not available in other autoclave classes S and N. The most important feature that distinguishes Class B autoclaves is fractional pre-vacuum. Complete air removal is achieved through a sequence of vacuum pulses and steam injections.
