At Bella Furniture and salon Supplies all our luxury handmade furniture is made to order. Designing unique pieces to accommodate to our client's individual needs. Bella Furniture Ireland offers a nationwide delivery service on all of our products
Generally, we use our own delivery staff and vans, which allows us to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, and be flexible on delivery. Please note- After hours delivery can also be arranged please call for details.
Furniture delivery prices in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for orders:
From €1 up to €300 – €25 delivery cost
From €301 up to €499 – €35 delivery cost
For orders over €500 – €45 delivery cost
Nail Polish display frames - Starts from €16 delivery cost per frame, depending on the size and weight.
Each frame is placed separately and treated as a single parcel.
All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Before signing for delivery, please inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process. If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note. When your goods are delivered please retain the original packaging until you are sure that you do not need to return the goods for any reason.
Furniture Refunds & Returns
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product let Bella Furniture and salon Supplies know. If your items are found faulty or not as described on our website, on delivery please inform the Bella Furniture Ireland driver. Alternatively give us a call and will arrange pick up of the faulty item and we will replace the item.
If you are unsure about a purchase or change your mind, please let our delivery personnel know on delivery. The items need to be in their original packaging. You have 17 days from delivery date to notify Bella Furniture and salon Supplies if you want to return your product, however there will be a return charge deducted from your refund. The return charge is simply a pick up/delivery charge.
Bella Furniture Ireland will not accept the products back if they have been used and are not in their original packaging.
Refunds for return items will be credited to the card used for the original payment. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse and they have been inspected, a refund usually happens within 24hrs, but can take up to 3 days.
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact Bella Furniture and salon Supplies via email. You have the right to cancel up to the day before delivery. If after the goods have been delivered they have to be returned, Please refer to our Returns Policy. Refunds for cancellations will be credited to the card used for the original payment and usually happens within 24hrs of cancellation but can take up to 3 days.
Checking Mirrors Deliveries & Returns
The mirrors are very well protected and breakages are very rare. However, accidents can happen! Please check your mirror immediately and phone any damages or faults to the Bella Furniture and Salon Supplies within 24 hours of the delivery. We will not accept responsibility for damages, or faulty goods not reported to the Bella Furniture and Salon Supplies within 24 hours. We will collect and replace any damaged or faulty mirror free of charge.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your mirror for a full refund please send it back to our address within 7 days in the original packaging. The mirror is your responsibility until it reaches us. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for mirrors damaged in return transit if the packaging is considered to be inadequate. The cost of returning mirrors is at your expense. Alternatively, Bella Furniture and Salon Supplies can arrange for collection, please call for a price.
ALL DAMAGES, OUT OF THE BOX FAULTS OR IMPERFECTIONS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS OR WE CANNOT CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIERS. WE CANNOT REPLACE/REFUND PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR HAVE OUT OF THE BOX FAULTS OR IMPERFECTIONS AND HAVE NOT BEEN REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HRS. DAMAGES, OUT OF THE BOX FAULTS OR IMPERFECTIONS CANNOT BE RECTIFIED AFTER THIS TIME HAS EXPIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE RETAINED FOR DAMAGED GOODS AS THE TRANSPORT COMPANY MAY WISH TO INSPECT THIS. IF WE DO DECIDE TO COLLECT ANY DAMAGED ITEMS, WE ALSO REQUIRE ANY COLLECTIONS OF DAMAGED GOODS TO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.
In the unlikely event that damage has occurred during transportation, please make a note and contact us within 24 hrs of delivery. The receiver is also required to supply supporting photograph evidence of the packaging and damaged area. Do not discard packaging material and damaged parts as they may need to be inspected by the transport company.
All and any damages/shortages or imperfections on products received, MUST be notified to Bella Furniture and Salon Supplies in writing within 24 hrs. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for any damages, shortages or Imperfections after this time frame.
Please also note: Bella Furniture and Salon Supplies reserve the right to not collect damaged goods. In most cases provided photographic evidence has been provided we may ask the customer to either keep or dispose of the damaged item(s). We will in accordance with our terms and conditions replace damaged items. The customer agrees to be bound by these delivery conditions upon placement of order by any method.
In the event of reported damages in accordance with our terms and conditions, and provided we accept to collect the damaged goods, we will arrange a courier collection on a date to suit you, this has to be a business day. Import: Please note that once the goods are accepted by the buyer, the buyer takes full responsibility of the goods.
2 Year Warranty*
We offer a 2-year warranty on our chairs, furniture and mirrors starting from purchase date on your invoice. We require proof of purchase of the product for all warranty claims so please keep your invoice number handy.
We will repair or replace any defective part or product after an inspection. If you think you have received a product with any type of defect, please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo evidence and we will resolve any issues as quickly as we can to avoid causing you any further inconvenience.
The above warranty is given for the benefit of the original purchasing Customer only and is not transferable or assignable by the Customer to any third party.
