The Steril Pro© tunnel air sterilizer with UV-C technology is an effective way to eliminate pathogenic microbes and viruses! The special structure of the tunnel air stands out with its precisely calculated channel diameter and adequately adjusted airflow that matches the lamp power, which allows it to effectively kill pathogenic microbes.

Our sterilizers successfully utilize energy-saving lamps that emit UV-C radiation, which releases photochemical reactions. It is this technology of UV-C radiation that leads to the effective elimination of microorganisms - bacteria, viruses, yeast and mold. The bactericidal lamps used in the Steril Pro© tunnel air sterilizer are free from the 100 to 230 nm range, which means they don’t emit ozone, allowing you to stay in the room during continuous sterilization.

The air sterilizing device is equipped with a self-decontaminating carbon filter that purifies the air from airborne organic compounds and odours. The ultraviolet radiation has been successfully used for years to decontaminate surfaces, tools as well as interiors. Thanks to using the right technology and wavelength, the Steril Pro© air purifiers can sterilize the air in an ongoing manner without you having to leave the room. In natural conditions, the UV-C radiation doesn’t reach the Earth, as it is absorbed by the atmosphere. Which means it is obtained by using special lamps that emit the adequate beam length (beam by Philips).

HOW IT DOES IT WORK?

At the base of the body of the Tunnel air sterilizer, there are inlet holes through which the traveling air is sucked inside the device.
A carbon filter in the base cleans the air of particles and odors
Then the air travels along with germicidal lamps that effectively kill any pathogenic microorganisms
Air movement is forced by the use of a continuous fan with very low noise levels.
Finally, sterilized air escapes through the outlets at the front of the sterilization column
Thanks to the thought-out design of the tunnel air sterilizer, the carbon filter is also sterilized, which prevents unnecessary bacterial growth, as in standard air purifiers
